A Guardian Home is a permanent home for one of our breeding females (and occasionally males).
Becoming a Guardian Home gives you the opportunity to have one of our puppies or young adults as a family pet while she remains in our program.
We are always looking for local families and individuals (within 4 hours of our kennel) who would be willing to open their homes to one of our amazing puppies or adult females in our breeding program!
We do prefer working, hunting or sport homes but it is not required.

HOW IT WORKS
You would receive a puppy or adult dog free of charge to you.
This program gives a dog their own family, as an active pet, hunting companion or sport dog!
In exchange for us retaining breeding rights and being able to use and breed this female in our program, the dog will receive free training (basic-gun dog) and your family gets a trained dog worth thousands of dollars at no cost to them!

ADULT FEMALES NEEDING PLACEMENT
Vegas is trained duck dog. She has hunted 1 season. She has a Started Hunting Retriever (HRC) and has 3/4 passes towards her AKC Junior Hunt title. She easily has the potential to go farther in the Hunt test game.
Vegas also enjoys Dock Diving and FastCat. Vegas is quiet in the home and in her kennel, but she is looking for someone with a more active lifestyle as she is higher drive, higher energy. Vegas is good with dogs and cats. She was a COVID puppy so she didn't get the best exposure/socializing opportunities as a puppy, so she is slow to warm up to new people and places. Once she knows you and is comfortable, she is very sweet and friendly! |

- Black Female: Hank x Vegas 2024 **Hunting/sport home only
- Black/Yellow Female: Scott x Darcy Spring 2024
